Which Reduce products are available?

You can compare hydration bottles, insulated tumblers, coffee drinkware, children's cups, barware and replacement accessories. Check each listing for the model, volume, option and part-compatibility details.

What timing should I expect?

Successful payment authorization is followed by normal processing of 1–2 business days. After dispatch, carrier transit is estimated at 4–6 business days. Tracking and exceptions are covered by the Shipping Policy.

Are preference returns and exchanges accepted?

They are. An eligible non-defective product can be returned after a change of mind or wrong option choice if it is new, unused and in original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete and materially misdescribed products are also reviewed. Exchanges depend on approval and stock. Submit the request within 30 days following delivery.

How is a return posted?

First receive approval and the confirmed return address. A free prepaid return label is supplied in the parcel, with help available if it is missing or lost. No restocking fee is charged. Read the Refund Policy before mailing.

How fast is an approved refund initiated?

It is processed and started to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Your bank or provider may require more time before the credit is visible.
