Eligible United States destinations can receive the Reduce cups, bottles and accessories offered by this store. Checkout presents the available service, shipping charge, tax and final USD amount before you approve payment.

Two delivery stages

We normally prepare an authorized order in 1–2 business days. Estimated transportation after the carrier receives it is 4–6 business days. Processing and transit are separate, exclude weekends and applicable holidays, and remain estimates rather than promised arrival dates.

Before and after dispatch

Please verify the delivery name and every address line, including apartment details and ZIP code. When tracking becomes available, allow time for the first carrier scan and later updates.

When a parcel needs attention

Write to watersoneal8311385@gmail.com about a stalled scan, an unlocated delivered parcel or transit damage. Provide the order and tracking references plus the checkout email. Save the wrapping and send useful pictures when damage is involved. Nothing here removes rights protected by applicable law.
